Pateau Métallerie has been manufacturing metal structures and providing locksmithing for the building industry since 1965.

We build projects for major private developers such as Bouygues, Nexity and Vinci. Our structures are installed in real estate complexes and industrial buildings.

RESIDENTIAL - REHABILITATION - COMMERCIAL

As an active player in residential real estate, we build metal structures for new-build residences for major clients. We also design and install railings, facade cladding and load-bearing structures.

For the social housing sector, we are involved in the rehabilitation and refurbishment of old buildings. We install glass door structures with access control, retrofit balconies, and provide other similar services.

In the commercial and industrial real estate sector, we build and install emergency doors and roller shutters, as well as walkways for industrial structures.

EXPERTISE AND KNOW-HOW

Our expertise lies in the design and manufacture of large-scale steel structures of all types for the residential and commercial real estate sectors. More recently, we have also been supplying steel structures for industrial installations.

These metal structures for new building projects are popular among major clients. As part of these projects, we design and install staircases, railings, load-bearing metal structures and façade cladding. We are also involved in the refurbishment of buildings for social landlords, installing modern structures with access control, metal walkways, staircases, and retro-fitted balconies.
