OrientationThe aim of parts feeding equipment is to ensure that components are positioned correctly when fed into a machine. This technology uses 3D vision systems, optical controls and other cutting-edge techniques to ensure that parts are oriented as specified by the customer.
TransportA conveying element (vibrating rail, belt conveyor, roller conveyor, chain conveyor) must be installed between the distribution and handling systems to ensure correct output and manage part accumulation.
HandlingOnce the parts have been distributed and oriented in the right direction, we handle them using a variety of solutions: pneumatic and electric manipulators, gantry cranes, robots, etc.
AssemblyThanks to our equipment, components can be pre-assembled upstream of production lines.
